Tốt nghiệp ngành Network Engineering (Information Security) tại Đại học Duy Tân, từng làm IT Staff, IT Infrastructure Staff và hiện tại là IT Infrastructure Support cho Coca‑Cola Vietnam.
Mạnh về triển khai & vận hành hạ tầng, quản lý user, xử lý sự cố và làm việc với vendor. Luôn ưu tiên tài liệu rõ ràng và trải nghiệm người dùng đơn giản.
